Breast surgery

Thanks to new technologies and techniques, breast procedures are some of the most commonly performed cosmetic surgeries across the world. Dr Kremer specialises in these surgeries and has studied them worldwide, from Germany to the USA, to ensure that his breast procedures are groundbreaking and offer only the best results.

It’s a common myth that every plastic surgery performed on breasts is a ‘boob job’, but this isn’t true! Dr Kremer offers a wide range of breast cosmetic surgeries, including breast augmentation, breast reduction, breast lift and gynecomastia surgery – he even offers his signature Split-Muscle Breast Augmentation procedure!

You can find out a little more about all of the breast cosmetic surgeries offered here at Harley Street Aesthetics below, but for full details, please click through to their relevant page.

Breast Augmentation – Split-Muscle Breast Augmentation

Breast augmentationA breast augmentation procedure is typically performed on women who desire bigger, fuller breasts because their breasts have lost their shape and volume due to age, pregnancy or rapid weight loss. During the cosmetic procedure, an incision is made in the skin either in the area of the nipple, armpit or the inframammary fold, creating a cavity under the breast tissue or between the ribs and chest muscle where the implant is then placed. After the procedure, the breasts will boast a fuller, rounder appearance that will feel natural. However, for even better results, Dr Kremer has created his own innovative Split Muscle procedure which offers the same advantages of a typical augmentation procedure, but the results are more outstanding because the implants are placed between the epipectoral and subpectoral muscles, helping to avoid the unnatural looking ‘tennis ball’ chest.

Breast Reduction

Breast reductionA breast reduction is perfect for women who have large breasts that cause them pain in their chest, neck and back. The procedure involves the removal of the bottom half of the breast tissue and any excess skin, before a new breast is formed out of the remaining tissue and skin. During the surgery, Dr Kremer will add blood vessels and nerves to the nipples and areolas to ensure that sensitivity is retained, as well as the ability to breast feed.

Breast Lift

A breast lift is commonly performed on women whose breasts have developed a dropping appearance because of weight loss, age or pregnancy. Unlike a breast augmentation, which increases the size of the breasts, a breast lift doesn’t necessarily increase or decrease the breast size. It is the perfect procedure for women who just want to restore the shape and appearance of their breasts.

Gynecomastia surgery

Gynecomastia is the feminisation of male breasts because of an excessive amount of fatty or glandular tissue, which results in larger ‘more feminine-like’ breasts. Men who suffer from this ailment can feel stressed and uncomfortable in their daily lives because their chest isn’t tight, flat and muscular like the chests of Hollywood stars. A gynecomastia procedure can help reduce the size of male breasts by removing the excess fat through the use of a suction cannula, vacuum or scissors; most men also opt for e-lipo at the same time to achieve the best results.
